1. Ambassadors

If you have forgotten your username and password, or you are having difficulty logging into your Ambassador account, you can do the following:

  • login to your Ambassador account with your username and password with the following link: http://www.peakpotentials.com/amb/index.html and click on "Ambassador Home and Login".
  • The login is case sensitive so your username and password have to be typed in EXACTLY how they were set up on your account.
  • If you’re still unable to login into your account, you can request that a new password be created and sent to you by email with the following link: http://www.peakpotentials.com/new/pass/

You can update your password or contact info by doing the following:

Once you have logged into your Ambassador account you can change your password to whatever you like or update your contact info by clicking on "Update Your Contact Info" and then "Update your Info".

Should I change my Ambassador Message?

It is not advisable that you change your Ambassador message once you have started sending your Ambassador link out to your database/clients because it's through your Ambassador Message that we track your referrals.

Please refer to the "Tracking & Stats" link on the menubar once you've logged into your Ambassador account.

How do I activate my links (for PC only) when I send my Ambassador letter out to my database?

If your Ambassador link is underlined and blue then it's activated, if it’s not then place your cusor right beside the last forward slash at the end of your link where is says "wow/" i.e.: http://www.millionairemind.com/a/ambassador_message?page=/wow/< place your cursor here on your Ambassador letter and hit the enter key on your keyboard.

Your link should become underlined and blue, this means that it is now activated. Do this to each link in your letter to activate it, you can then send it out to your database and they will be able to click on the link instead of cutting and pasting it into their browser window.

ERROR - Message: Type: KeyError Value: 'radiobutton' https://www.peakpotentials.com/amb/payee/verify_ambassador_info_scr - What should I do if I get this error when I'm trying to login to my Ambassador account?

In order to avoid this error, you will need login to your account by going to the Ambassador Home and Login link at: http://www.peakpotentials.com/amb/index.html and click on "Ambassador Home and Login".

The "Choose a Payee" page will appear as soon as you login to your account and you can enter your information there, or you can click on the "Update Your Contact Info" and then "Choose Payee" link on the left menubar once you're logged in to your Ambassador account make any changes.

ERROR - Message: Type: KeyError; Value: 'wid' - What should I do if I get this error when I'm trying to login to my Ambassador account?

There could be several reasons why you may be receiving this error. First, please try logging into your Ambassador account again by using the following link: http://www.peakpotentials.com/amb/index.html and click on "Ambassador Home and Login".

If that doesn’t work then you may want to try deleting your "cookies" before you login to your account (see "How do I delete my cookies?" below for instructions).

If you're still unable to access your account and you have a firewall then you may then you may want to consider turning it off temporarily (this is to be done at your own risk) as it could be preventing you from accessing your Ambassador account.

If you're on dial-up then your system may have timed out before connecting to our server, please try again at another time.

How do I delete my cookies?

If you use Internet Explorer as a browser, you can go to “Tools”, “Internet Options” and “Delete Cookies”. Then shut down your browser window, reopen a new one and login into your account with the following link: http://www.peakpotentials.com/amb/index.html and click on "Ambassador Home and Login".

To delete cookies in Mozilla Firefox; open a browser window, then go to “Tools” in the top menubar, click on “Options”, go to “Cookies” and click on “Clear”, then click “OK”. Shut down your browser window, reopen a new one and login into your account with the following link: http://www.peakpotentials.com/amb/index.html and click on "Ambassador Home and Login".

ERROR - Message: Type: KeyError Value: 'view_member' - What should I do if I get this error when I'm trying to login to my SuccessTracs Membership?

You have received this error as a result of clicking on a bookmark, shortcut or member’s link that takes you directly to the SuccessTracs Members website. In order to avoid this error, you will need to go to the SuccessTracs Home and Login page at: http://www.successtracs.com/index.html and click on "Member Home & Login".

You can bookmark http://www.successtracs.com/index.html to login to instead of trying to go directly to the Members website.

ERROR - Message: Invalid integer value for carat_reward_points_1 Type: ValueError Value: Invalid integer value for carat_reward_points_1 - What should I do if I get this error when I'm trying to add my "Carat Reward Points" information in my SuccessTracs Membership?

You need to use a letter(s) instead of a number(s) when entering your Carat Reward Points. Please use numbers only in the Rewards Points box: 1 Carat Rwd ( -pts)

ERROR - on webpage: http://www.millionairemind.com/preview/tele/do_reg:

In order to register online successfully, you are required to complete all of the areas marked in red including entering a unique username and password.

There is an area provided on the registration form to create a username and password.

ERROR - Message: Type: There is an account/person mismatch. Please contact Peak. Value:

The reason that you're receiving an error from this email registration link is because the registration was initially made under your name and was then transferred to a friend or family member, however, the registration link is still attached to your name.

Please have your friend or family member contact Client Care at the Peak Potentials office at 604-983-3344 or 1-888-868-8883 to register.

ERROR - Message: Type: IntegrityError Value: ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint...

This error usually occurs if you've already entered your registration information with the Authentication email link and then you've tried to go back to register again with the same link.

If this is what has happened, then you will need to start again with a brand new registration.

Why are my links deactivating when I send my Ambassador letter out to my database?

4. Audio

If the streaming audio file that you're listening to is breaking up, crackling, or garbled and you’re using Microsoft Windows XP, then please try the following:

Click on the “start” button of your computer, then click on “Control Panel”, and then on QuickTime (or the QuickTime logo). When the QuickTime Settings box appears click on the drop down arrow until you get to “Sound Out”, then click on the drop down arrow under “Choose a device for playback”, click on “waveOut” and click on the red “x” to close.
