The Heart of an Explorer

SuccessTracs Coach Tiffany Young inherited her intense curiosity from her father, pouring over picture books as a child with big bold titles on their covers like “How Hot is Hot?” and “How Big is Big?” and page after page filled with the wonders of the universe.

Learning the Ropes
Despite her childhood dream to journey into “space—the final frontier,” Tiffany’s career began in the supercharged, fast-paced atmosphere of a global advertising giant and later, an outside-the-box book publisher. These industries gave her a sense of mastery of the creative process. She learned to keep going back to the proverbial drawing board conjuring up more amazing ideas for each project.

Going Within
While she loved the arts, her lifelong passion for personal development led her back to space exploration, only this time her goal was “inner space—the ultimate frontier”. “I basically have the heart of an explorer,” says Tiffany. “I’m pretty fearless when it comes to trying new things.”

She studied the wisdom and philosophies of cultures around the world, as well as the most groundbreaking developments in modern psychology and physics. Many of the speakers featured on “The Secret” have mentored her since the early 90s. Years later, with a stellar career in sales and marketing behind her, Tiffany made the commitment to devote herself full-time to coaching and training. By 2006, coaching was a full-time career for her.

Reaching the Peak
With perfect synchronicity, the universe presented Tiffany with the opportunity to become a SuccessTracs coach. She says: “I whole-heartedly embrace Peak’s commitment to personal and financial freedom and the chance to work with such an incredibly positive and talented team!”

Bringing her knowledge of the creative process from her years in advertising and publishing, Tiffany enjoys the highly collaborative and intuitive nature of coaching. She says that because this process is unique to each client, it demands the very best of her and draws upon everything she’s learned and done. (Not to mention keeps her learning and growing!)

Saying Yes!
Her coaching motto is: “Let’s be fearless, have fun and be super-creative!” Tiffany looks at every possibility when working with her clients. When approaching an issue, she says, “We’ll put on our ‘Think Smarter’ hats, strategize, pick the best options, and try them. If they don’t work, let’s come up more options!”

Of working closely with Tiffany, her clients say:

In the few months that I have worked with Tiffany, I have experienced massive growth in areas that I thought were fine. Tiffany gave me the tools to recognize and address these issues. —Julie Keely

If you had 100,000 coaches, Coach Tiffany with her amazing coaching strategies, would still be the best coaching match up for me! I’m very impressed! —Janice Scott

Tiffany believes that coaching is designed to catapult individuals out of the “I can’t” programming into the “yes, I can!” position.

She leaves us with this final thought: "Imagine if we gather enough "Yes-I-cans" that they add up to one giant, global, unstoppable "WE CAN!" Who knows what humanity could create then? How about a healthy, happy world? A world at peace. I say: 'WE CAN!'".
