In her first career, she was a Director with Diversified Human Resources Group, Inc., a publicly held organization, which she launched and managed with two partners.  She oversaw nationwide marketing strategies and built a high-powered sales team that consistently met and exceeded fiscal objectives.  In this role, Joy was able to fuel her passion for developing positive leadership by creating an organizational culture that supported both personal and professional growth.

In her second career, she and her business partner developed and successfully managed Recreating Your Future, a School for Life Skills.  She assisted professionals going through life and career transition to explore and launch new careers or entrepreneurial pursuits that came from their passion, purpose and vision.

Joy received her BA from the University of Texas at Arlington, and MBA in Strategic Leadership from Amber University. She is also a certified NLP practitioner. A self-preofessed learning junkie, she is happiest when learning and continues her education by reading and attending workshops and seminars. It is this extensive expertise and commitment to education that makes her such a great coach.

Joy says of her work, "I love the fact that I can combine my business experience with my intuition and spiritual wisdom." Coaching however, is only one of Joy's passions; she also enjoys the arts, travel, movies, theatre and choir singing.

But her greatest love is the opportunity her coaching work provides to participate in her clients’ breakthroughs. "It gives me tremendous satisfaction when people attain more success they thought possible."
