A New Year…New Choices!
There is something almost ritualistic about starting January with the setting of goals and writing down New Year’s resolutions.
So, before you pull out your pen and notebook, have a look at all the articles in our January Up&Up. We have a number of great tools and tips to help you set your goals for a successful 2007.

As you write down your desires and visions, remember that setting your goals as clear intentions will create the tone for a successful year ahead.
So, here’s a few tips on resolutioning: make your goals specific and measurable. Create a method of tracking your progress. Ensure that they are achievable, but far enough beyond your immediate grasp so that there is a realistic hope of achieving them.
Goal setting is your map to success. The more precise you are about what you want to achieve, the more successful you will be. I hope that 2007 will be a year of growth and success for you and your loved ones.
