but by the love we're not extending in the present.”

What I love most about this time of year is gaiety, laughter and warmth that happens at the parties, festivities and gatherings as friends and family get together to celebrate the holiday season.
And nothing expresses the joy of the season better than the dark nights illuminated with candles, decorated trees and strings of lights setting the city streets ablaze with colorful decorations.
It’s also the season when we are most generous, giving to loved ones and charities so we’ve devoted the December issue of the Up & Up to Opening the Heart.
This month we have gathered contributions from a variety of experts. Our SuccessTracs Director Steven L. Keough shares a delightful perspective in Experts in Joy.
Being close to other people is so important that the quality of your relationships may actually be affecting your health. Check out this month’s Did You Know to find out about the science behind our need to belong.
You say you love your partner, but do want to understand why they act the way they do? Alison Armstrong has a gift for you so you can finally figure out the opposite sex.
For some the holidays may be more painful than joyful. If you have some lingering hurts in need of healing, Susyn Reeve and Sheri Rosenthal have years of expertise, and can show you a proven way to soften a hardened heart.
Kiernan Antares shares a personal journey of growth and fulfillment in this month’s “On a Roll” success story.
The temptation to overdo it with holiday treats at this time of year can lead many of us from nice to naughty. So bring a bit of balance and make plans now for a healthier you in the new year. Have a look at The Greatest Wealth Of All.
The holidays just wouldn’t feel right without something to give to your loved ones. Check out our gift ideas for the millionaire-minded in your life.
And lastly, we at Peak Potentials Training would like to take to say what a pleasure it’s been to receive your many e-mails, testimonials and feedback about our programs. It gives us a sense of purpose and fulfillment to know that we are changing lives for the better.
At every course, camp and seminar, we are honored to witness so many of you willing to go a little further and opening your hearts a little wider than you thought you could. So from all of us, we wish you and your families a wonderful holiday and a Happy New Year!
For your freedom,
