By purchasing the Premium Seminar Package you are entitled to receive one (1) Premium seating ticket to a Spring or Fall 2010 Millionaire Mind Intensive (“MMI”). You will also receive one (1) copy of T. Harv Eker's NY Times #1 Bestseller – Secrets of the Millionaire Mind at time of registration.
Cancellations

You will also receive five (5) copies of T. Harv Eker's NY Times #1 Bestseller – Secrets of the Millionaire Mind at time of registration. At check-in, each VIP will receive a Millionaire Mind tote bag, CD collection and workbook which can only be collected at the MMI. At the event, you will also receive lunch*, dinner*, and refreshments in the exclusive VIP Gold break room and one group lunch with the Master Trainer. *Lunch on day 1, 2 and 3 / Dinner on day 1 and 2.

MMI ATTENDANCE BY TEENS:
All participants must be a minimum 13 years of age to attend an MMI unless prior written approval is received from Peak Potentials Training. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian participating or volunteering at the same MMI. Volunteers must have attended the course prior to acting as a parent or legal guardian of a teen. A parent or legal guardian will be required to sign waivers/releases and any related documents on behalf of any minor attending an MMI.
PRODUCTS
Payment in full is required at time of pick-up or shipment. No product will be received or shipped without payment. A full refund or replacement of product will be given if a product is found to be damaged or defective (by Peak Potentials Training) and returned within 10 business days of receiving product. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Returns must be called into head office for a mandatory Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping address. If any products are received in conjunction with an offer, follow the same procedures.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
Transaction Date:
You may CANCEL this transaction, without any Penalty or Obligation, within THREE BUSINESS DAYS from the above date.
If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within THREE BUSINESS DAYS following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled.
If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at your residence, in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this contract or sale, or you may, if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the seller's expense and risk.
If you do make the goods available to the seller and the seller does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your Notice of Cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the seller, or if you agree to return the goods to the seller and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract.
